Yes. We build it before you pay anything. If you don't like it, you owe nothing.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the plan you pick and what your business needs. After you see your preview, we'll go over both plans on a quick call and give you an exact price. There's no setup fee on Monthly and no year-long contract.
When do I pay?
Only after you approve your preview. On the Monthly plan, you pay the first month then, and your card is billed each month after. On the Upfront plan, you pay in full then. Either way, your site goes live 1–2 days after payment.
I already have a website. Can you help?
Yes. We'll build a preview of a better version, and you can keep your current web address.
Who owns the site?
Your web address and your content (text, photos, logo) always belong to you. On the Upfront plan, the whole site is yours too. If you ever leave, we hand it all over.
Can I cancel?
Yes. On the Monthly plan you can cancel anytime after the first 3 months. On the Upfront plan, the site is already yours, and the care plan is month to month.
Do you work outside Long Island?
Yes. We work with businesses anywhere in the US by phone, text and email.
